These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by AIpath DigiNext Private Limited ("AIpath", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. Use of the AIpath HealthTech platform by healthcare facilities is governed by a separate subscription agreement.

1. About the website

This website provides information about AIpath HealthTech and lets you request demos and contact us. Product screens, dashboards and figures shown on the website are illustrative and use sample data. They do not represent real patients, facilities or results.

2. Certifications and integrations

Statements about ABDM, NHCX and other integrations describe capabilities and their current status as shown on our ABDM & NHCX Readiness page. We state only approvals that have actually been obtained. Certification milestones are not a government endorsement of any product.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or our systems;
  • submit false information or another person's details through our forms;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the website; or
  • use the website in violation of any applicable law.

4. Staff accounts

Staff accounts are issued by the facility administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and multi-factor authentication device secure, and for activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any suspected misuse.

5. Clinical responsibility

AIpath HealthTech supports, and does not replace, the professional judgement of qualified healthcare professionals. AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed by a qualified professional before clinical use.

6. Intellectual property

The website content, design, software and the AIpath HealthTech name and logo belong to AIpath DigiNext Private Limited. Names of government programmes and third-party products are used only to describe compatibility and integrations.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including how to reach our Grievance Officer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
